  1. What kind of care do you provide?
    A: We provide non-medical Home Care and community-based services—things like personal care, daily living support, community outings, skill-building, respite, and transportation. We do not provide skilled nursing or medical services.

  2. Who is eligible for services?
    A: We support adults with disabilities, older adults, individuals with mental health needs, and persons aging in place. Many people we serve are enrolled in HCBS or TennCare programs, but we can also discuss private pay options.

  3. What areas do you serve?
    A: We serve multiple counties across West Tennessee, including Shelby, Tipton, Fayette, Dyer, Crockett, Gibson, Hardeman, Haywood, Lauderdale, Madison, Carroll, Chester, Benton, McNairy, Weakley, Obion, and Lake Counties. If you’re not sure about your area, contact us and we’ll let you know.

  4. Are your staff trained and background checked?
    A: Yes. All staff and contractors complete required training, background checks, and registry checks before working with persons supported. They also receive ongoing training on person-centered practices, documentation, and safety.

  5. How do I start services?
    A: You can start by calling us, emailing us, or completing our HCBS Referral Form. We’ll review your needs and funding options, then schedule an intake to create a person-centered support plan.
