Enlightenment Transitional Living, LLC is a locally owned in-home and community support agency serving adults with disabilities, older adults, and individuals with mental health needs throughout West Tennessee.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, make meaningful choices, and remain connected to the community. Our services are designed to provide the right level of support while encouraging independence, building confidence, and helping each person work toward the life they want to live.
From assistance with everyday routines at home to building independent living skills and participating in the community, our team provides personalized, person-centered support based on each individual’s needs, goals, choices, and authorized services.

Who We Serve
Enlightenment Transitional Living supports adults with a variety of needs, abilities, and goals. Our services are designed to meet each person where they are while promoting greater independence, choice, and community participation.
We support:
Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Adults with physical disabilities or mobility needs
Older adults who need support at home or in the community
Individuals with mental health or behavioral support needs
Adults transitioning toward greater independence
Individuals who need assistance developing or maintaining daily living skills
Families and caregivers who need respite and additional support
Programs & Funding
Enlightenment Transitional Living works with eligible individuals receiving services through Tennessee programs, including ECF CHOICES and CHOICES.
